Making Ways have invited Sheffield innovative art project Labrador to host a stand at this year’s Manchester Contemporary Art Fair (28-29 October). Through hosting this activity Making Ways aims to support and develop routes to market for visual artists working in Sheffield.

Labrador support artists and designers to work to an alternative format, producing specially-commissioned objects for the home. The Manchester Contemporary Art Fair is an incubator of artistic talent, offering works for sale from the most exciting, critically engaged, contemporary artists and galleries. Sheffield artists represented will include: Emily Musgrave, Pottery West, Phil Root and Natalie Finnemore.

This Event form part of Making Ways, a new programme supported by Sheffield Culture Consortium through Arts Council England to showcase, celebrate and develop the exceptional contemporary visual art produced in the city.
