Arts organisations, studio groups, artists make sure your voice is heard and included in the way forward for visual arts in the city.
A Visual Arts Vision for Sheffield is being written. This will inform the way that city partners prioritise their ambitions, work and partnership activity for the benefit of the city and for visual arts over the next 5 years.
“..this is a momentous opportunity for all Sheffield’s visual arts stakeholders to shape the City’s approach to the sector” – Judith Harry Executive Director Site Gallery

Please come to the final shaping event and make it your vision.
Consultant Julia Bell will be visiting Sheffield on a 28 February 10am-1pm to undertaken final consultation with individual artists and organisations on a draft version of the Visual Art Statement. We want to adopt an open approach to the consultation process and ensure that dialogue is transparent and collegiate and would therefore like to invite you to attend.
We hope you will take this opportunity to be involved in the visual arts consultation process and help shape our vision for the visual arts in Sheffield for the future. Thank you to all the people who have been involved in the consultation process so far.
The Visual Art Statement for Sheffield forms part of Making Ways, a programme supported by Sheffield Culture Consortium through Arts Council England to showcase, celebrate and develop the exceptional contemporary visual art produced in the city.Making Ways, News
