Feature Walls Trail Map

Posted on 07.12.2016

Sheffield has a long tradition of lending its walls to its most innovative street artists. Building on the success of these much loved works, City of Makers invited Sheffield artists Bradbury and Blanchard artists (Kid Acne and EMA) to curate Feature Walls; a city-wide trail of 18 contemporary murals.

Taking inspiration from the success of similar art trails throughout the world, the ‘canvases’ were selected in the heart of the city centre, predominantly along and around Devonshire Street. A map, detailing all the works, is now available at venues across the city or can be downloaded here

So get yourself a map, head out and see this celebration of contemporary art and culture with murals from some of the most talented, innovative and highly regarded people in their field today.

The project is part of the Year of Making, a celebration of all forms of making in the city and region, and the Making Ways artist development programme. It was made possible by support from Arts Council England, Sheffield BID and University of Sheffield.
