Artist’s Trip to Code Art Fair, Copenhagen

Making Ways is running an artist trips to Code Art fair in Copenhagen to support the career progression of Sheffield based visual artists.

This opportunity aims to offer 4 artists the chance to go to Code to see and be inspired by a wide range of artworks, network with people outside of Sheffield and widen their potential for collaboration.

Code Art Fair

Code Art Fair is an ambitious art fair located in Copenhagen, Denmark – one of the world’s most vibrant and forward-looking capitals. As the only international art fair in Scandinavia, our mission is to discover and showcase some of the best contemporary art, not only from the Nordic region, but from around the world.

Details

Travel dates: Wednesday 29 – Friday 31 August

Artists selected for this trip will be given a bursary to cover travel and accommodation costs for:
. Travel between Sheffield and Copenhagen
. 2 nights accommodation in Copenhagen

Artists will need to cover the costs of their own food and expenses whilst there, as well as any travel within the city.

Making Ways will provide a structured itinerary during the visit.

Selection will be undertaken by an independent selection panel made up from the Making Ways Steering Group and/or Artists Panel. You will be informed ASAP after the deadline about your application success.
